Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline with relevant field level working experiences.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement division, district, upazila and union levels intervention, which may include organizing all forms of events under the guidance of Project Coordinator;
∎ Contact and coordination with Advocacy Networks (Loak Morcha-LM), Change Agents, Local Government Institutions (LGIs), different Service Delivery Institutions (SDIs) and other implementing partners (Nagorik Uddyog, BLAST and BANDHU) and also community;
∎ Facilitate training, workshop and group discussion;
∎ Assist to facilitate the processes of planning and budgeting of different divisional level project interventions;
∎ Monitoring at regular intervals and identify best practices;
∎ Assist to organize different Workshop, Seminar, Dialogue and Training at division, district, upazila and union levels;
∎ Facilitate different local level advocacy and campaign intervention;
∎ Carry out necessary documentation as well as qualitative and quantitative report development in English and Bangla.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 4 year(s) in field level project implementation
∎ Age around 40 years and relaxed for qualified candidates
∎ Good report writing and documentation skill
∎ Writing and speaking efficiency in both English and Bangla
∎ Sound background in MS Office and internet browsing
∎ Sound knowledge and skill on using different communication media.
∎ Hard working and self-motivated
∎ At least 4 years in the required field
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary & benefits will be increased as per the project budgetary provision.
