∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for Electronics home appliance products within the assigned territory/ area.
∎ Identify potential customers, distributors, dealers and market segments for Electronics home appliance products sales and create a robust customer acquisition plan.
∎ Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers and distributors and dealer to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities and opportunities within the Electronics home appliance products industry.
∎ Develop and adapt sales strategies based on market dynamics and customer needs.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
∎ Provide excellent customer support, address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Conduct regular visits to key customers and distributors and dealer to strengthen relationships.
∎ Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to ensure the effective distribution of Electronics home appliance products.
∎ Train and support distributors on product knowledge and sales techniques.
∎ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for the territory/ area.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
∎ Work closely with the internal sales team, marketing and production departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
∎ Provide feedback and market insights to assist in product development and marketing strategies.
∎ Must complete in closely to achieve monthly sales target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in sales & marketing or a similar role within that materials industry.
∎ Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of the local Electronics home appliance product materials market.
∎ Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Preference will be given to those having work experience related of Electronics home appliance products sales.
∎ Those who do not have work experience in the specified area are encouraged not to apply.
