Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelor Degree in Social Science from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement district and upazila levels interventions, which may include organizing all forms of events with the assistance of Upazila level Program Officer under the guidance of Project Coordinator;
∎ Facilitate the processes of planning and budgeting of different project interventions;
∎ Contact and coordination with Civic Forum (Loak Morcha-LM), Local Government Institutions (LGIs), Relevant Social Safety Net Service Delivery Institutions (SDIs), Local Administration and also the community people;
∎ Organize different Workshop, Seminar, Dialogue and Training at district and upazila levels;
∎ Facilitate the community mobilization process with the assistance of Upazila level Program Officer for raising their awareness and building capacity to claim their rights and demand for responsive of SPPs services;
∎ Facilitate citizens review, monitoring exercises, lobby and advocacy to support good governance of SPPs Services;
∎ Provide strategic input for donor reports, talking points, presentations and other knowledge and communication products;
∎ Monitoring at regular intervals and identify best practices;
∎ Carry out necessary documentation as well as qualitative and quantitative report development in English and Bangla.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 5 year(s) of working experiences in general, and particularly 3 years of experiences on managing, implementing and leading of awareness, capacity building, social and policy advocacy and campaign on public service-related governance issues.
∎ Good report writing and documentation skill
∎ Writing and speaking efficiency in both English and Bangla
∎ Sound background in MS Office and internet browsing
∎ Sound knowledge and skill on using different communication media.
∎ Hard working and self-motivated
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
