Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science- or any discipline (Additional academic achievements especially MPH will be given preference)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08 years’ working experience in relevant field and at least 5 years in managerial position related to GOB Health, Family Planning, LGI in any National/ International development organizations
∎ Minimum of Eight years' experience in working with GoB health and Family Planning sectors.
∎ Fluency spoken and written in English language is essential
∎ Able to drive Motorcycle and having valid driving license.
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of the public health systems/GoB health and Family Planning systems and National Health Service strategy of Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and experience with developing working relations with government, civil society and other development partners.
∎ Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint E-mail and web browsing and skilled in DGHS & DGFP eMIS, eLMIS system, data driven, data analysis and data synchronizing

Salary: Tk. 70000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Yearly Increment, 2 Festival bonus and T&DA as per organization’s policy
