Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular coordination with project management unit and other district coordinator to implement the project interventions into the field on time.
∎ Responsible for cluster formation, mobilization and upscale knowledge and skill of shrimp farming clusters in the command Upazillas of the assigned district of SCMF project.
∎ Maintain day-to-day communication with DPD, DFOs and SUFOs for smooth operation of the project
∎ Design, planning and execution of orientation/training events for the field level DoF officials, enumerators, cluster facilitators and respective shrimp farming clusters towards achieving the project goal.
∎ Organize regular field visits for Project Monitoring Unit (PMU)/Regional DoF officials for project monitoring and feedback.
∎ Ensure the smooth operation of the e-traceability system by providing backstopping support to the Cluster leader/facilitators and respective supply-chain actors.
∎ Assist shrimp farming clusters in developing cluster business plans for SCMF Project matching grants.
∎ Encourage potential private and public sector organizations to participate in and invest in shrimp cluster and supply chain interventions.
∎ Collaborate closely with key experts to collect information, analyze information, and share information with relevant parties for decision making.
∎ Participate in process documentation, data collection and compilation, and the creation of case studies and project reports.
∎ Collaborate closely with other team members and contribute to the development of an efficient working team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years' professional experience to work with Coastal aquaculture Farmers group/Clusters.
∎ Experience to work with donor-funded economic development projects;
∎ Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing interventions that improve access to information and technologies for coastal aquaculture value chain actors;
∎ Demonstrated experience in facilitation and capacity development;
∎ Skills in documentation and reporting.
