Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science/Public Administration/Development studies and any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead Team: Coordinate and lead the team of working area in the project. Mentoring, Monitoring and Supervise the project staffs as well as assigns tasks, provide guidance, and ensure effective communication within the team. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
∎ Communication and coordination: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including project lead, partner organizations, team members, senior management, govt. administration and other GO-NGOs. Provide timely updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
∎ Project Implementation: Manage the implementation of the project activities within the assigned district, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with project team members, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective execution of project activities.
∎ Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community leaders, NGOs, political actors, elected representatives, youth and civic groups to ensure their support and active participation in project implementation.
∎ Forum Development: Lead the process of developing various forums, platforms or committees in district and sub-district level under the project. Ensure the involvement of beneficiaries or members in the forum as prescribed in the project proposal.
∎ Communication and coordination: Establish and maintain effective communication with project key beneficiaries including youth groups, civic groups, women and marginalized groups.
∎ Reporting: Produce regular activity report and other periodic report with mentioning the progress update to meet the timely requirement of project management as well as govt. administration.
∎ Support the Field Officers: Ensure regular field movement and support the Field Officers to conduct regular meetings, workshops, consultations, trainings and other project event with targeted stakeholders as well as gather feedback, address concerns, and promote ownership of the project.
∎ Support the Monitoring Process: Support the Monitoring & Reporting Officer to implement the monitoring plans and tools to track project progress, outcomes, and impact. Ensure the collection of necessary project data, including quantitative and qualitative.
∎ Advocacy and Awareness: Advocate for the needs and rights of the target population within the district, representing the cluster in relevant forums, meetings, and networks. Support the development and implementation of communication strategies to conduct awareness campaign.Visibility: Capture and recording of data and necessary documents, ensure sharing of information, success stories, and best practices. Collaborate with media outlets, community leaders, and other stakeholders to promote visibility and support for program initiatives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 14 years
∎ At least 7 years of working experiences in development field (local/national/international NGOs) and at least 3 years’ of working experiences in Managerial position in any organization. Candidates from Bandarban and CHTs will get preference.
∎ Excellent knowledge for extracting learning’s, challenges and objectives of the project.
∎ Good Skill to lead for rolling out risk and need assessment/special study and survey.
∎ Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships with the stakeholders and relevant designated.
∎ Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills including analytical and problem solving abilities
∎ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Ability to operate Microsoft offices such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
∎ Knowledge on file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
∎ Excellent language skills both English and Bangla.

Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
