∎ পিকেএসএফ এর অর্থায়নে পরিচালিত মাইকোফাইন্যান্স কর্মসূচীর সংশ্লিষ্ট পদে কমপক্ষে 03 বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ কম্পিউটার পরিচালনায় (বিশেষ করে সফটওয়্যার) পারদর্শী ও মোটর সাইকেল চালনায় সক্ষম হতে হবে এবং বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে।
∎ সর্বনিম্ন ০3 বছর আঞ্চলিক ব্যবস্থাপক হিসেবে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা ।
∎ পিকেএসএফ এর অর্থায়নে পরিচালিত মাইকোফাইন্যান্স কর্মসূচীর সংশ্লিষ্ট পদে কমপক্ষে 03 বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ কম্পিউটার পরিচালনায় (বিশেষ করে সফটওয়্যার) পারদর্শী ও মোটর সাইকেল চালনায় সক্ষম হতে হবে এবং বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে।

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ হীড বাংলাদেশ জাতীয় পর্যায়ের অগ্রসরমান একটি বেসরকারী উন্নয়ন সংস্থা। ১৯৭৪ সাল থেকে দরিদ্র জনগোষ্ঠীর উন্নয়নের লক্ষ্যে বিভিন্ন উন্নয়নমূলক কর্ম কমসূচী পরিচালনা করে আসছে, যার মধ্যে মাইক্রোফাইন্যান্স কর্মসূচী অন্যতম। মাইক্রোফাইন্যান্স রেগুলেটরি অথরিটি এর নিবন্ধনভুক্ত ও পল্লী কর্ম-সহায়ক ফাউণ্ডেশন এর আর্থিক সহযোগিতায় পরচালিত মাইক্রোফাইন্যান্স কর্মসূচীর নিম্নোক্ত পদে দরখাস্ত আহ্বান করা হচ্ছে।
∎ Responsibilities :
∎ • এলাকা/অঞ্চলের সকল কর্মকর্তাদের দৈনন্দিন কাজ মনিটরিং ও সুপারভিশন করা।
∎ • আঞ্চলিক অফিসের সাথে শাখা অফিসের সমন্বয় সাধন করা।
∎ • শাখা ব্যবস্থাপকদের দৈনিক কর্ম পরিকল্পনা ফলোআপ করা এবং দোল পরিদর্শন ও ঋণী যাচাই করা।
∎ • শাখা সমূহের ঋণ আবেদনপত্র যাচাই বাছাই শেষে অনুমোদন দেয়া।
∎ • নীতিমালা পরিপন্থী কোন কাজ হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিকে সতর্কীকরণ , কারণ দর্শানো এবং কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবহিত করা।
∎ • শাখা অফিসের সাথে আঞ্চলিক অফিসের রিপোর্টের সমন্বয় সাধন করা।
∎ • মাসিক , ত্রৈমাসিক এবং ষান্মাসিক রিপোর্ট যথাযথভাবে যাচাইপূর্বক কেন্দ্রীয় অফিস ও দাতা সংস্থায় প্রেরণ।
∎ • তহবিল ব্যবস্থাপনা।
∎ • সরকারী ও বেসরকারী পর্যায়ের সংস্থা এবং জনপ্রতিনিধিদের সমন্বয় সাধন করা।
∎ • সমিতির সদস্য পর্যায়ে প্রশিক্ষণ পরিচালনা করা।
∎ • দুর্বল স্টাফদের মান উন্নয়নের জন্য উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করা।
∎ • অধীনস্থ সকল স্টাফদের বাৎসরিক মূল্যায়ন করা।
∎ • কর্মসূচির বাজেট ও প্রজেকশন প্রস্তুত করা ও কর্তৃপক্ষকে প্রেরণ করা এবং মাঠ পর্যায়ে বাস্তবায়ন করা।
∎ • অফিসের যাবতীয় ডকুমেন্টস সংরক্ষণে উদ্যোগ নেয়া।
∎ • সংস্থার স্থায়ী সম্পদের হিসাব সুষ্ঠুভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা।
∎ • শাখা পর্যায়ের সকল খরচ অনুমোদন ও বাস্তবায়ন করা।
∎ • অটোমেশন সংক্রান্ত বিভিন্ন বিষয় তদারকি এবং সমস্যা দূরীকরণে শাখা ব্যবস্থাপক ও শাখা হিসাবরক্ষককে সহায়তা করা।
∎ • পি.কে.এস.এফ. পরিদর্শন, অডিটর এবং ইন্টারনাল ও এক্সটারনাল অডিটরদের মনিটরিং -এ সহায়তা প্রদান।
∎ • সংস্থার বৃহত্তম স্বার্থে এবং সুপারভাইজারের নির্দেশে অতিরিক্ত যেকোন দিন এবং যে কোন কাজ করার জন্য আন্তরিকভাবে প্রস্তুত থাকা।
