Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Duration: 3 months
∎ Honorarium: Monthly honorarium provided
∎ This Rights-based policy advocacy and networking organization aims to promote and strengthen land rights and agrarian reform for marginalized communities in Bangladesh, including the landless, indigenous populations, and other disadvantaged groups. The Organization strives to create inclusive policies and empower communities through advocacy, research, capacity building, and networking.
∎ The Organization seeks passionate and motivated individuals for its annual Youth Internship/Fellowship Program, which aims to empower young leaders committed to social justice and land rights advocacy. This program offers hands-on experience in community mobilization efforts, advocacy for land rights, and leadership development.
∎ Leadership Development: Engage in training and workshops on leadership skills and advocacy strategies for land rights and social justice.
∎ Community Engagement: Participate actively in the Organization's interventions, including organizing community outreach activities and advocacy campaigns.
∎ Mentorship: Work closely with experienced staff and mentors to guide professional development and programmatic activities.
