Education:
∎ Bachelor Degree or equivalent (Education will be relaxed for those who have experience on working with HIV prevention program specially PWID intervention).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates will get preference for those who have two years’ experience in PWID intervention/HIV prevention program.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Updating the mother list through quarterly micro planning.
∎ Store management and maintenance as per PSM guidelines.
∎ In the absence of SACMO, the Outlet Manager will refer to government hospitals for STI, abscess, general health care and susceptive TB case.
∎ Establish good relations with the local government hospital director, Residential Medical Officer (RMO) and priority wise department doctors and nurses of government hospitals.
∎ Reporting and documentation as per M&E guidelines.
∎ Data entry in CIS and DHIS-2.
∎ Managing all activities conducted at the service center and outreach.
∎ Coordination and communication with government and NGOs services center.
∎ Staff management and petty cash management of all expenses.
∎ Providing feedback on work through supportive supervision and monitoring, as well as playing a role in problem solving.

∎ Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a non-government development organization founded in 1958 by Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah, an eminent educationist, reformer and Sufi with the aim of social and spiritual development of the entire human community. DAM has been contributing to the betterment of the disadvantaged population through operating 35 institutions and also 8 sectors of development.The health & WASH Sector is one of the core sectors of DAM which has also been operating 8 institutions and 17 projects.
∎ DAM Health & WASH Sector is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of “Officer-Finance& Admin” of its “Prioritized HIV prevention services for key populations in Bangladesh, Comprehensive prevention programs for people who inject drugs (PWID) and their partners” Project under DAM Health and WASH Sector funded by The Global Fund.
∎ Job Responsibility:
