Education:

    • Bachelor/Honors
Specialized training/certification in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Gender-Based Violence (GBV), or Adolescent Health is an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:

·        Develop and implement age-appropriate SRHR activities - MHM awareness, puberty education, healthy relationships, harmful practices, GBV awareness, etc.

·        Localize and contextualize tools, curricula, and materials in line with national guidelines.

·        Train and support teachers, health workers, PRERONA staff, volunteers, and peer educators in SRHR, safeguarding, gender inclusion, and youth engagement.

·        Liaise with local health facilities to improve adolescent-friendly SRHR services in normal and emergency contexts.

·        Facilitate referral mechanisms for clinical SRHR, GBV survivors, and family planning services.

·        Promote community dialogues with parents, leaders, and adolescents on SRHR, healthy masculinities, GBV prevention, and climate resilience integration.

·        Foster meaningful participation of girls and youth in project planning and advocacy.

·        Support project planning (annual/work plans, budgets), track results, collect data, and prepare quality narrative and financial reports for donors.

·        Document best practices and lessons learned, and contribute to knowledge-sharing and learning events.

·        Engage with NGOs, government bodies, and networks to advocate for improved SRHR and to address child marriage, GBV, and rights violations.

·        Ensure safeguarding of children and gender inclusion across all activities.

·        Integrate climate resilience into SRHR messaging, particularly during emergencies, in alignment with project goals.

·        Maintain accurate case documentation and data confidentiality in line with PRERONA's safeguarding and data-protection policies.

·        Prepare and submit periodic (monthly/quarterly) progress reports to the Management.
