FMCG Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the achievement of daily/weekly/monthly sales target by volume/value.
∎ Achieve Primary & Secondary sales target.
∎ Monitor daily sales activities by supervising a large sales team.
∎ Professionally Manage Distributors & distributors' sales representatives.
∎ Supervise and coordinate the entire Marketing and Sales activities.
∎ Ensure meeting PC, LPC, ND and WD target and growth
∎ Serve the regular needs of existing customers.
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to markets.
∎ Setting sales targets for individual Distributor's Sales Representatives and assigned team as a whole.
∎ Arranging on the job training for assigned team.
∎ Allocating route plan to sales representatives.
∎ Monitoring concern team's performance and motivating them to reach the targets.
∎ Compiling and analyzing sales figures for the assigned territory.
∎ Possibly dealing with some major customer directly.
∎ Daily Reporting to Area Sales Managers.
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitor's activities.
∎ In some jobs, sometimes involved with marketing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Should have ability to work under stressful conditions
∎ Should be willing to work anywhere in the country
∎ Candidate must have pleasant interpersonal skill
∎ Should have knowledge to work on Microsoft environment
∎ Candidate must have fluency in English
