∎ Diploma in Mechanical
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper repair and maintenance of the machines during operation
∎ Proactively identify the improvement area of the plant machineries and take corrective action in consultation with reporting manager
∎ Rectify the forming and packaging machineries if any breakdown or fault is found
∎ Repair and maintain the machineries like motors, pumps, conveyor belts, etc time to time
∎ Dismantling and assembling of equipment like pumps, motors, filters, strainers, traps, valves, pipes etc.
∎ Rectify the electrical equipment like breakers, relays, panel boards, wire connection etc
∎ Ensure proper safety precautions while working and before starting any job
∎ Maintain proper GMP and housekeeping at own working area
∎ Finding machine faults and abnormalities and take preventive actions accordingly
∎ Work in utility areas like generator, boiler, chiller, WTP, etc.
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Capability to work in a team
∎ Experience of working in food industry will be an added advantage
Salary: Negotiable
