Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure delivery of all the Consumer items according to Invoice and Issue inward and outward gate pass of delivery for any products.
∎ Collect product order and make SOP for this. Get approval from SPC Manager for route planning and discuss with him for daily delivery plan.
∎ Check, sign every Invoice & arrange all the formalities for Delivery, Prepare Delivered & Undelivered report & submit it to Store Dept.
∎ Communicate with SPC Manager & Production In charge to know about Production plan to prepare delivery plan in advance.
∎ Maintaining general ledger of Invoice and support concern persons for market returned product after raising credit note.
∎ Ensures products for delivery are routed to the appropriate customers. Monitors and tracks the progress of deliveries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): agro based farm, Rice/Vegetable seed distribution.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office (Word, excel, Power point).
∎ Able to work variable work hours as needed.
∎ Experience in distribution work in similar industry i.e. Rice, Commodity will be an added advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
