• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed public or private university.

• 2 to 5 years of work experience related to distribution and stock/inventory management.

• Work experience with Oracle/ERP systems will be an added advantage.

• Good knowledge of MS Word and advanced-level Excel.

• Enthusiastic and proactive in nature.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• Maintain, follow up, and manage Finished Goods (FG) inventory and distribution according to sales projections/trends.

• Manage and monitor Omera Distribution Centre (ODC) vehicles as well as vendors’ vehicles to receive and deliver Finished Goods (FG).

• Responsible for all administrative tasks of Omera Distribution Centre (i.e., ODC labor management, driver and helper management and control, regulatory compliance, safety, and security).

• Ensure all transport maintenance and operations-related activities are completed with proper documentation, i.e., Vehicle Daily Running Account (VDRA), fuel bills, trip bills, job cards, etc.

• Responsible for day-to-day VAT and financial activities.
