Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & execute the company's business strategies for revenue / non-revenue operation in order to attain the goal of the organization.
∎ Communicate and maintain the trust relationship with shareholders, business partners. and authorities and delegate the responsibilities to drive the maximum performance.
∎ Prepare & implement the comprehensive business plan to facilitate by planning, cost effective operation & operational excellence activities
∎ Establish and monitor the staff performance, set accountabilities, set objectives and conduct performance appraisal through KRA/KPI.
∎ Meet the company's revenues & profit as per ABP.

∎ Min 5 years' in the similar position & industry and at least 15 years' in a reputed real estate industry or others
∎ A proven track record of successfully managing revenue operations team.
∎ A high level of business awareness and acumen.
∎ Understanding the intricacies of financial management.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication & organizational skills.
∎ Excellent analytical & problem solving skills.
∎ Strong crisis/conflict medication skills.
