Manpower Recruitment, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle the total Direct Sourcing operation, to collect candidates directly from all over Bangladesh, through developing pool of
∎ representatives from all districts.
∎ Run the activation program across the country, to create the awareness among the potential candidates and representatives.
∎ Coordinate and monitor the zonal representatives, set targets and follow-up the achievement, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
∎ Develop direct sourcing capability for un-traditional trades.
∎ Utilize digital marketing, social media, job posting, employee referral, and other platforms for promotional activities
∎ Follow up candidates/zonal representatives for timely submission of all relevant documents
∎ Ensure on time mobilization and management report
∎ Keep candidate's data updated all the time.
∎ Maintain and update monthly performance sheet.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Motorcycle Allowance
