We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic Card Sales Manager for our Cards Business, with experience in a bank or financial institution. The candidate should have Minimum 2 years of proven experience in credit card sales.

• Develop plans to meet the yearly sales target and outline strategies to achieve it.

• Lead and monitor the Direct Sales Team to ensure business targets are met, and coordinate with Team Leaders effectively.

• Provide innovative ideas to enhance the bank’s credit card business.

• Build a committed sales team by recruiting smart, young, energetic, and experienced sales executives from various channels.

• Arrange presentations for corporate clients to boost credit card sales.

• Guide Team Leaders and Direct Sales Executives (DSEs) in creating effective and potential customer profiles.

• Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and implement necessary changes to develop the Cards Business.

• Assist in organizing card business promotions such as campaigns, presentations, seminars, and exhibitions.
