Experience:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Supply Chain Management
• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Supply Chain Management
• Diploma in Civil

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Diploma in Civil Engineering is Preferred.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

• Only Male

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10 years’ experience in procurement & sourcing, preferably in food/FMCG, manufacturing industries or engineering,
• Strong knowledge of industrial spare parts, civil construction materials, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Auto CAD/ ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or equivalent etc).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Procurement & Sourcing

• Procure spare parts and consumables for food processing machinery and utilities.
• Source materials and services for civil construction, repair, and maintenance works.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and contractors for technical and general supply needs.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.

Vendor & Market Management

• Maintain and update vendor database with performance evaluations (cost, quality, delivery, compliance).
• Conduct regular market surveys to track availability, price fluctuations, and new suppliers.
• Build strong supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted supply chain.

Coordination & Support

• Work closely with Engineering, Projects, Civil, and Production teams to capture requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of spare parts, materials, and services to avoid operational downtime.
• Coordinate with Warehouse & Quality teams for inspection, verification, and storage of received items.
• Support logistics and ensure proper documentation for local purchases.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure all procured items meet technical specifications, safety, and food industry standards.
• Adhere to company procurement policies, ethical practices, and compliance requirements.
• Support internal and external audits related to procurement.

Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain procurement MIS (purchase registers, vendor performance, cost analysis, etc.).
• Provide periodic reports on procurement activities, savings, and market insights.
• Contribute to annual procurement planning and budgeting.
