Experience:
M.Sc. or additional certifications in Project Management/MEP Systems will be an added advantage.
Membership in professional engineering organizations is preferred.
Knowledge of BNBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and relevant engineering standards.
Project Planning & Execution:
Lead the planning, design review, execution, and commissioning of all mechanical systems.
Ensure mechanical works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project schedule.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, architectural, and structural teams for smooth project execution.
Review project BOQ, technical specifications, shop drawings, and method statements.
Mechanical Systems Management:
Supervise installation and testing of:
HVAC Systems
Fire Protection & Fire Fighting Systems
Plumbing & Drainage Systems
Water Supply & Deep Tube Well Systems
Pumping Systems
LPG Reticulation Systems
Ventilation Systems
Lift & Escalator Coordination
STP/ETP Mechanical Components
Monitor system performance and ensure operational efficiency.
Design & Technical Review:
Review mechanical designs and ensure compliance with BNBC, RAJUK, Fire Service, and international standards.
Evaluate technical proposals and approve materials/equipment.
Conduct engineering analysis and troubleshoot technical issues.
Project Coordination:
Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
Attend coordination meetings and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Support procurement team in vendor evaluation and material selection.
Team Leadership:
Lead and supervise mechanical engineers, supervisors, and site teams.

Quality, Safety & Compliance:
Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures for mechanical works.

Cost & Resource Management:
Monitor project budget related to mechanical works.
Control material wastage and optimize resource utilization.
Review contractor bills and work progress.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and review:
Progress reports
Inspection reports
Material approval documents
Technical submittals
As-built drawings
Testing & commissioning reports
