Experience:

Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering.

Public University graduates shall be preferred.

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

1. Having experience in Big Resort and Hotel Construction.

2. Must have detailed knowledge in deep excavation, Soil Retaining and Soil Stability. Should have work experience in sheet piling.

3. Must have experience in construction of deep Swimming Pool, Cable Car and Zip lining. Candidate must have specified knowledge for cable anchoring and installation of Galvanized aircraft cables (used for zip lining and cable cars).

4. Must have work experience in water proofing and epoxy application work.

5. Must have sound knowledge of harvesting and landscaping work including saucer drainage, sprinkler system and planter box construction and edge protection. Also need sound knowledge regarding the garden lighting.

6. Must have knowledge in construction of drainage and Road network system. Should be sound in construction of retaining wall and RCC drainage.

7. Must be good at Finishing work i.e.: Paint work, Tiles work, pavement block installation, plumbing work, terrace tiles installation and exterior outstanding works.

8. Must have sound knowledge of Drawing and Design. Should be capable of AutoCAD operation, MS excel and MS word operation.

9. Capable of managing the workers and material management. Must be competence in billing and vendors payment.

10. Should have knowledge in interior work, False ceiling, drywall/drop wall installation, wooden floor installation work.
