∎ Willingness to travel frequently to various Area Programs as required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other data management and analysis software.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects and teams across multiple locations.
∎ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights at a national level.
∎ Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
∎ In-depth knowledge of device management software, digital ecosystem tools, and best practices in data security and compliance.
∎ Understanding of INGO operations and national programmatic areas.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage procurement, distribution, and management of IT assets including networks, desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment, and maintain the inventory by working closely with the procurement teams, vendors, and Global IT.
∎ Manage the maintenance of all desktop and laptop computers including oversight of updates for operating systems, software application and endpoint protection.
∎ Ensure vendor Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.
∎ Manage Technology ticket queue from new ticket arrival to resolution for both incidents and requests coordinating with the global support.
∎ Support in the deployment and ongoing functioning of enterprise solutions including collaboration tools and finance, HR, and procurement systems.
∎ Assist Global IT to develop, implement and maintain risk mitigation plans including business continuity, safety of IT assets, and disaster recovery process.
∎ Support regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
∎ Ensure implementation of Global lT policies, local Country requirements and participate in monitoring of compliance. Provide regular reports to CO and Global IT Management.
∎ Ensure the security and confidentiality of all data managed within the Global IT and digital ecosystems in alignment with Global IT.
∎ Implement national-level policies for data access control, user permissions, and device security.
∎ Manage the installation, setup, ongoing updates and maintenance of all digital applications across Area Programs (APs) to ensure they are correctly configured, up-to-date, secure, and functioning efficiently.
∎ Ensure that all authorized users including staff, volunteers, and partners have the necessary access and permissions to effectively utilize the applications.
∎ Coordinate and support deployments, data migrations, and ongoing upgrades and maintenance of the digital platform and tools as per the CO plan.
∎ Support in deployment and monitoring of Mobile Device Management ensuring that devices are appropriately configured, secured, and compliant with the standards.
∎ Coordinate the in-country and global support with Level 1, 2 and 3 to help ensure the CO and AP Teams receive timely support and that the SLAs are met as per the standards.
∎ Partner in digital initiatives and projects, focusing on enabling value creation as part of the global digital transformation roadmap and plans.
∎ Collaborate with the cross functional teams in planning, implementation, and monitoring of the digital and technology initiatives and projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery and value realization.
∎ Train staff, volunteers, and partners to ensure they are equipped to use the digital platforms and tools effectively in their roles, fostering greater engagement and competency in the digital ecosystem.
∎ Gather user feedback to continually assess and improve systems and processes for experience, efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Support in monitoring and evaluation of the impact of digital initiatives and projects, ensuring they deliver measurable development outcomes.
∎ Champion the use of innovative digital approaches within the organization, encouraging a culture of experimentation and creativity in how programs are designed and executed.
∎ Develop resources to promote digital literacy and capacity strengthening for staff, volunteers, partners, and shareholders, enabling them to use and benefit from new technologies.
∎ Support in designing digital solutions to bridge the digital divide and that they are inclusive and co-created with the shareholders focused on value as determined by them.
∎ Manage continuous assessment and development of the digital capabilities across the team, fostering an environment of learning and technological proficiency.
∎ Proactively identify and share knowledge on emerging digital tools and technologies that can be leveraged by other departments to improve program delivery.
∎ Champion the integration of FH’s Culture within the digital ecosystem.
∎ Ensure that all digital initiatives align with the organization’s spiritual mission and vision.
