• 2 to 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 24 to 40 years

• Must be at least a Level 1 Seller on the Fiverr marketplace.
• Proven experience working outside of marketplaces (direct clients, agencies, or businesses).
• Strong expertise in multiple digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, paid ads, content marketing, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bangla.
• Ability to mentor and motivate students to achieve results in freelancing and digital careers.

As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students in various areas of digital marketing. The role requires delivering practical, industry-relevant training sessions and preparing students to apply digital marketing strategies effectively in real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging training sessions on topics such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Facebook & Google Ads, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Analytics.
• Design training modules, course outlines, and practical assignments based on industry best practices.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and live project work to enhance student learning.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithms in digital marketing and incorporate them into training sessions.
• Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and project evaluations.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to students for freelancing and job opportunities.
• Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive learning environment in the classroom (both online and offline).
• Collaborate with management to improve training quality and course content.
• Prepare reports on student performance and share feedback with the academic team.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the management related to training or student support.
