Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, develop, and maintain customized ERP software to streamline business operations.
∎ Build and enhance lead management systems with smart tracking, automation, and reporting features.
∎ Develop and integrate accounting modules including invoicing, ledger, payment tracking, and financial reporting.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
∎ Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization.
∎ Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.
∎ Work with APIs and third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, CRM, SMS/email services).
∎ Maintain clean, documented, and efficient code according to best practices.
∎ Provide technical support and training to internal users.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of projects based on set deadlines.
