∎ Build strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and addressing any inquiries they may have.
∎ Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s digital products and online courses to effectively communicate their benefits and features to potential customers.
∎ Convert leads into sales by using persuasive communication techniques and personalized follow-ups.
∎ Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by executing effective telesales strategies and consistently closing deals.
∎ Accurately update and maintain customer data and sales activities in the CRM system to ensure seamless tracking of sales progress.
∎ Gather customer feedback to understand their preferences and recommend improvements to the company’s offerings.
∎ Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product updates.
