∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Proven experience as a Level 2 Seller (or higher) on Fiverr, or demonstrated success on other freelance platforms such as Upwork or Freelancer.
∎ Strong experience in client acquisition from outside marketplaces, including cold outreach and networking.
∎ At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
∎ In-depth knowledge of lead generation, organic growth strategies, and Facebook/Instagram marketing.
∎ Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
∎ A strong desire to share your expertise and help others succeed.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct engaging training sessions on core digital marketing areas, including SEO, SMM, email marketing, content strategy, and paid advertising.
∎ Provide hands-on guidance in client acquisition, focusing on Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelance platforms, as well as direct client-hunting techniques.
∎ Share practical insights from your experience as a successful freelancer or marketer in international markets.
∎ Develop and update training materials to align with current digital marketing trends and techniques.
∎ Mentor trainees on building profiles, managing projects, and achieving top ratings on marketplaces.
∎ Offer real-world examples and actionable advice for establishing long-term client relationships.
∎ Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback to ensure their growth.
