Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing.

  • Proven expertise in SEO, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.

  • Experience generating qualified leads, not just traffic.

  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.



Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies

  • Keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis

  • Improve website ranking, organic traffic, and lead quality

  • Monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush

2. Facebook & Instagram Ads

  • Create, manage, and optimize conversion-focused ad campaigns

  • Audience research, pixel setup, retargeting & lookalike audiences

  • A/B testing of creatives, copy, and funnels

  • Optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROAS

3. Google Ads

  • Manage Search, Display, and YouTube Ads

  • Keyword planning, bidding strategies, quality score optimization

  • Conversion tracking setup (GA4, GTM preferred)

  • Continuous performance monitoring and reporting

4. Strategy & Reporting

  • Monthly campaign planning aligned with business goals

  • Data-driven decision making and clear performance reporting

  • Coordinate with content/design team when required.
