Position: Customer Relationship Agent
Main Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential clients through call, WhatsApp & Messenger
- Maintain strong and respectful communication
- Follow up with leads professionally
- Present project details clearly & confidently
- Build trust and long-term relationships
- Maintain CRM/Lead sheet accurately
- Understand customer needs and guide them properly
- Support clients before and after booking
- Work closely with the Sales Team
