∎ We are looking for a prominent Digital Marketing Specialist who will work directly with one of our Australian clients. Your main duty will be to develop and manage digital marketing strategies with clients and help them achieve their digital marketing goals. Some of their goals may include better online presence and impressions, better lead generation or more streamlined marketing and sales processes. Your role will be extremely important for customers success, satisfaction and, ultimately, loyalty. This is a full-time job where you will also manage all social media channels, campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience, and to increase audience satisfaction.

∎ Manage & maintain social media channels with large audiences.
∎ Plan and implement social media strategies.
∎ Manage customer queries.
∎ Plan and implement email marketing strategies.
∎ Plan and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies.
∎ Manage CRM database.
∎ Build long-term relationships with clients.
∎ Optimise web content in order to improve SEO.
∎ Recommend, design and implement digital projects.
∎ Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client.
∎ Prepare and present reports on their progress.
∎ Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology.
∎ Audit and analyse social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
∎ Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
∎ Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
∎ Create plans based on events, holidays, festivals, etc. and identify branding events, social media content with the concept, storyboard, etc.
∎ Strategise and create a Social Media strategy to increase traffic and monetise from all existing channels and create new Social Media channels for further growth and implement the strategy accordingly.
∎ Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "Social/Polite" way while cultivating leads, fans, followers, and loyalty.
∎ Writing Blogs to promote content.
∎ Create simple video contents using an online tool e.g. Biteable.
∎ Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Excellent storytelling skills with a strong ability for engaging the target audience.
∎ Ability to drive a Digital and Social Media strategy to enhance the business brand and engage a target audience.
∎ Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Linked In etc.
∎ Proven experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software.
∎ Prior experience with Google AdWords and Facebook Ad Manager.
∎ In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology.
∎ Proven experience in customer service.
∎ Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
∎ Team player.
∎ Good time-management skills.
