∎ 1. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ 2. Excellent writing skills in both languages for clear and effective communication.
∎ 3. Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute.
∎ 4. Detail-oriented and well-organized.
∎ Skill (Must Have):
∎ 1. Proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist
∎ 2. Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator.
∎ 3. Proficiency in SEO.
∎ 4. All social media marketing (Ad Manager)
∎ 5. Content Writing.Salary: Negotiable.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of marketing campaign. Research and develop a marketing strategy and evaluate success strategy.
∎ 2. Develop content for marketing campaigns.
∎ 3. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
∎ 4. Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, blogs, and email marketing.
∎ 5. Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Strategies including Facebook, Google, Twitter, YouTube & Instagram Posting.
∎ 6. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
∎ 7. Maintain a social media presence across all the company's social media pages.
