Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Minimum 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing
∎ Demonstrated success in SAAS, IT, and E-commerce marketing campaigns
∎ Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for SAAS and IT products
∎ Create and manage e-commerce marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement
∎ Utilize SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media to increase brand visibility and lead generation
∎ Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize campaign performance
∎ Manage and improve email marketing campaigns for customer retention and acquisition
∎ Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies
∎ Work closely with product teams to ensure marketing aligns with product features and benefits
∎ Develop and maintain marketing budgets, ensuring ROI on all activities
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools)
∎ Experience with marketing automation software
∎ Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
