• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns.

• Design, build and maintain all social media presence.

• Update website products and contents regularly.

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs).

• Manage online sales and ensure the customer satisfaction.

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

• Identifying new business opportunities

• Ability to work and plan independently without supervision.

• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Woocommerce, Mailchimp etc.

• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
