• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google platforms, and other online channels.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
• Create engaging content for social media posts, website updates, and promotional materials.
• Monitor social media pages, respond to inquiries, and increase audience engagement.
• Analyze website and social media metrics to improve performance and reach.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional messages.
• Coordinate with the graphics and content team to produce digital creatives.
• Maintain and update company website and online product listings.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights to management.
• Ensure the brand’s digital presence is consistent, attractive, and effective.
