Job Context:
∎ SATT IT is a growing software company looking for a talented, energetic digital marketing professional who is responsible for developing, implementing and managing campaigns for promoting our company, products and services.
∎ The ideal candidate will have marketing experience working in an enterprise B2B software market supporting digital campaigns. You will also work closely with product marketing to coordinate the creation and delivery of key sales enablement resources.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with creative agencies to develop direct response marketing campaigns
∎ Regularly Contact with our valued Customer over phone and Email.
∎ Marketing to the Small Business community - understand their mindset, needs and desires
∎ Brief in and lead development with our external advertising agencies
∎ Report out on progress of campaigns
∎ Working on successful Direct Response campaigns
∎ Be comfortable working in a fast paced, ever changing environment
∎ Work with minimal supervision, knowing when to bring in your manager for alignment/decisions
∎ Have experience or be comfortable sharing your work or results with senior leadership when necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Two or more years of relevant work experience.
∎ Experience in marketing.
∎ B2B marketing experience.
∎ Experience creating and executing Mail and Email campaigns
∎ Working knowledge of List Development, production processes/timelines for Direct Mail and Email.
∎ Experience marketing to Small Businesses
∎ B2B marketing experience, especially to small businesses (0-19 employees)
∎ Worked at an advertising agency or in-house shop
∎ Telecommunications Industry experience
∎ Marketing and Salesforce experience
∎ Willingness to use creative thinking in a fast paced, results-driven environment
∎ Willingness to influence and lead teams to deliver against complex initiatives
∎ Willingness to travel
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
