Job Context:
∎ At Avalon, our Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist will wear many hats (classic startup). The best fit will be able to analyze the data, define actionable next steps, and communicate to other stakeholders the strategy behind those next steps.
∎ A passion for in-depth analysis of analytics, conversion optimization, PPC, web technologies and SEO is a must. Ability to build strategic paid search campaigns that support PPC and conversion optimization efforts would be a plus.
∎ Liable for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services.
∎ Played a Major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customer
∎ Identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and uses Web analytics tools to measure site traffic better to optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning daily, weekly & monthly digital marketing operations for business development.
∎ Stay ahead of any Google algorithm changes
∎ Effective Communication Skill for leading business digital marketing globally
∎ Ability to patronized Digital Marketing Team, Team member Training, mentoring & coaching.
∎ To make coordination with IT team for Customer Satisfaction
∎ Planning digital marketing operation System for team building.
∎ Guide paid search strategy alongside team leads and CEO
∎ Identify opportunities to improve crawling, indexation page remapping, and URL structure updates
∎ Site audits coinciding with all product updates and changes.
∎ Report against both organic and paid implementations
∎ Gather user insights, define key segments, and act as the voice of the Fiber customer to our marketing and product teams.
∎ Develop requirements for user experience and new features and work with technical and creative teams to execute.
∎ Drive user experience optimizations throughout the customer journey (landing pages, registration forms, ad creatives, etc.) using A/B and multivariate testing tools.
∎ Develop positioning and define value propositions for new product changes across Internet, Video/Content, and Customer Service.
∎ Set up measurement plans to track the impact of initiatives and experiments.
∎ Doing any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Age at least 20 years.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Lead strategy, design, development, and ongoing management and optimization of our web properties.
∎ Experience working with creatives (e.g., copywriters, designers, developers) and agencies to deliver digital projects (e.g., websites, apps, digital ads).
∎ Experience in driving a B2C & B2C digital channel for subscription businesses.
∎ Experience working in an agile web or app development environment. Experience running or being part of a large online acquisition program for a B2C product.
∎ Experience in SEO and content marketing to drive website traffic.
∎ Working knowledge of front-end web development tools and standards
∎ Partner with cross-functional internal and external teams
∎ Manage agency partners to budget, develop, launch, and maintain various web surfaces
∎ Actively manage multiple large-scale web projects and strategic initiatives
∎ Communicate project requirements, status, process, and performance clearly and often across teams
∎ Define and develop roadmaps for building, optimizing, and growing web surfaces to support business goals
∎ Ensure measurable milestones, metrics, and KPIs are defined, tracked, and aligned to business goals and objectives.
∎ Ability to recognize common technical issues and explain their solutions coherently, ensuring teammates understand the recommendations
∎ Expertise in marketing attribution modeling & measurement across multiple channels.
∎ Familiarity with digital advertising and social media platforms.
∎ Understanding of affiliate marketing model.
∎ Highly organized, with experience developing taxonomies for effective data management.
∎ Knowledge of subscription business preferred.
∎ Excellent social, oral and written communication skills.
∎ Creativity and curiosity
∎ Outcomes and solutions-oriented with a high sense of urgency
∎ Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build close relationships within and across teams
∎ Ability to work with agility, prioritize effectively, and delegate as necessary (to external agency reporting teams)
∎ Extraordinary data visualization and presentation skills
∎ Work closely with team leads to communicate PPC/organic strategy, progress and results
∎ Experience with industry tools (Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush, BrightEdge, STAT, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Deep crawl)
∎ Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Omniture
∎ Functional knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
∎ A strong understanding of search engine crawlers
∎ Experience in/familiar with canonicalization, client and server side redirects, pagination, crawl budget, xml sitemaps
∎ Understanding of structured markup
∎ Familiarity with featured snippets, rich snippets, and other SERP features
∎ Demonstrated analytical skills and data-driven approach to problem-solving
∎ Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Ads Editor and Excel skills (pivot tables, look-up function and conditional functions)
∎ Ability to research technical issues and make actionable and well-informed recommendations based on your findings

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
