Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
∎ Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Hub Spot) are a plus. Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management. Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to measure and improve campaign performance.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate leads and drive brand awareness.
∎ Create, manage, and optimize online marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.
∎ Research and identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies to refine marketing approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
∎ Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging and relevant content that resonates with the target audience and supports lead generation efforts.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
∎ Use analytics tools to track website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
∎ Utilize SEO best practices to enhance the visibility and ranking of our website in search engine results pages.
∎ Manage and nurture leads throughout the customer journey, employing lead scoring and segmentation techniques.
∎ Work closely with sales teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and to continuously refine lead qualification criteria.
∎ Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
∎ Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and compelling marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
∎ Stay up-to-date with digital marketing regulations and best practices to ensure compliance in all activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 17000 (Monthly)
