Job Context: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Air & sea Import Team as an Expert (Door to Door Service-By Air & Sea)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Air shipments, delivering exceptional customer service, and facilitating smooth communication with clients.

Working Time: (10:00AM- 08:00PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• • Experience Level: Minimum 1 year of experience.

    When the shipment arrives, live stream the shipment on social media.

  • Have to know information about social media boosting and report portfolio about boosting when the boosting ends.

  • Respond to customer inquiries.

  • Managing and monitoring shipment status and arrivals.

  • Coordinating with clients, provide proper information of shipment.

  • Need to create banner / 3D design for social media post.

  • Keep in touch with regular & existing clients.

  • Maintaining accurate records of shipments and preparing reports.
