Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Air & sea Import Team as an Expert (Door to Door Service-By Air & Sea)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Air shipments, delivering exceptional customer service, and facilitating smooth communication with clients.
Working Time: (10:00AM- 08:00PM)
Key Responsibilities:
Experience Level: Minimum 1 year of experience.
When the shipment arrives, live stream the shipment on social media.
Have to know information about social media boosting and report portfolio about boosting when the boosting ends.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Managing and monitoring shipment status and arrivals.
Coordinating with clients, provide proper information of shipment.
Need to create banner / 3D design for social media post.
Keep in touch with regular & existing clients.
Maintaining accurate records of shipments and preparing reports.
