Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context:We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Air & sea Import Team as an (Door to Door Service-By Air & Sea)’. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Air shipments, delivering exceptional customer service, and facilitating smooth communication with clients.
∎ Working Time: (10:00AM- 08:00PM)Key Responsibilities:· Reply social media all query and give proper information.· When shipment arrived do live of shipment on social media.· Have to know information about social media boosting and report portfolio about boosting when boost end.· Respond to customer inquiries.· Managing, and monitoring shipment status and arrivals.· Coordinating with clients, provide proper information of shipment.· Need to create banner / 3D design for social media post.· keep in touch with regular & existing clients.· Maintaining accurate records of shipments and prepare reports.· Ability to work under pressure.· Basic Computer literacy is a must (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
