∎ Job Description & Responsibilities:
∎ Project 2morrow Software Ltd is seeking an experienced (one to two years of practical experience) and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategies & plan. You will work closely with our marketing and communications teams, overseeing our digital marketing budget, planning, and day-to-day operations. You will also need to get continuous update from our Software Engineering teams who have been enhancing our different solutions on regular basis to get yourself equipped and confident. Your goal will be to enhance brand visibility, increase audience engagement, and drive business growth through well-executed digital campaigns for Project 2morrow Software Ltd., Design 2morrow and its other related associates. Your product demo skill will be treated as additional qualification. You need to ensure number oriented results for our sales. You need to be fluent in English to discuss and convince our prospective customers; in local & foreign market for both Project 2morrow and Design 2morrow.

∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ ● Campaign Management: Design, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media channels, and email marketing.
∎ ● Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies that increase brand visibility and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a strong focus on ROI.
∎ ● Audience Engagement: Drive community interaction and engagement through creative content, timely responses, and strategic community management.
∎ ● Reach Expansion: Leverage SEO, paid advertising, and partnerships with industry leaders to grow brand reach and attract new audiences.
∎ ● Content Creation: Write and develop high-quality, compelling content for blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials based on provided ideas.
∎ ● Performance Monitoring: Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and social media activities, using data to optimize performance and meet KPIs.
∎ ● You need to give demo on the product features to both local and international customers (this will be your added qualification).
∎ ● You should be good at writing in both Bangla and English.
∎ ● You will also need to contribute to content creation like video, audio etc. It is to be noted that we have our own professional video studio for content creation and we have our own expert content creator.
∎ Educational Requirements:
∎ ● Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, or any other related subject from university.● Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Computer Science and Engineering from university.
∎ Required Skills
∎ ● Expertise in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Marketing, and SEO
∎ ● Expertise / familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz Pro, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog SEO Spider, Yoast SEO, Majestic SEO
∎ ● The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, as clear communication will be essential in collaborating with our international teams and clients.
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ ● 1 to 2 years of practical experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency or group of companies or a similar environment.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ ● Demonstrated experience with content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
∎ ● Solid understanding of business applications for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media & platform.
∎ ● Ability to manage multiple projects & operations simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
∎ ● Familiarity with content production, basic web design, and CMS platforms like WordPress and / others.
∎ ● A positive attitude towards continuous learning and professional growth is essential.
