Responsibilities & Context:
Context: The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility and lead generation through effective digital marketing and customer communication. Execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple social channels, manage content and social media presence, and analyze performance data to improve engagement, conversions, and overall digital growth.
Responsibilities
- Handle social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) to grow engagement and community.
- Write compelling content for ads and social media.
- Run and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, remarketing).
- Provide accurate product/service information and answer customer queries.
- Maintain customer database and follow up with potential clients.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
- Provide feedback to your Senior manager on customer objection and complaints
