Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receiving customer phone calls and greeting incoming customers.
∎ Prospecting and identifying new customers through cold-calling.
∎ Planning digital marketing strategies on platforms like Facebook and Google & YouTube
∎ Must maintain good relationship with customer.
∎ Creating ad banners (Canva) writing ad content, daily social media posts
∎ Preparing reports of daily activities
∎ Work results should be ensured.
∎ Willingness to work in any situation.
∎ Must have experience in traditional marketing and digital marketing.
∎ Reply social media all queries and give proper information.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries.
∎ Managing, and monitoring shipment status and arrivals.
∎ Coordinating with clients, providing proper information of shipment.
∎ Keep in touch with regular & existing clients.
∎ Always must be attended in live videos of the products
∎ You must know proper way of posting & boosting in social media to get clients
∎ you must follow up with audience
∎ You must reach people about our services
∎ 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭:
∎ The Digital Marketing Executive is the key person in charge of executing the company's digital marketing campaigns and leading the Digital Marketing team. Involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process.
