∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Digital Marketing, Advanced SEO Knowledge (Off Page, On page), in-depth SEO analysis, SEO Strategy, YouTube Marketing & YouTube SEO, Meta & Facebook Marketing, Google Ads, web analytics, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, Social Media Marketing, Should have medium graphics design and video editing experience.
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Must have knowledge and experience in research and targeting, marketing strategy and planning, media buying, PR, digital platforms and business development.
∎ Proficiency in project profile, budgeting, proposal and presentation preparation.
∎ Training / Mentoring Experience Plus point.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create high-quality graphic designs, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and email campaigns.
∎ Develop visual assets for digital and print marketing materials.
∎ Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency in all designs.
∎ SEO, content writing, copywriting, social media marketing, website maintenance, digital marketing, Google Analytics, web analytics, Google Ads, and e-commerce website monitoring.
∎ Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
∎ Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, social media ads, and email marketing initiatives.
∎ Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies for website optimization.
∎ Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Analyze marketing data (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and generate performance reports.
∎ Facebook page and YouTube monetization and security should be worked on.
∎ AdSense Account and Ad Manager will be responsible for maintaining, creating and security.
∎ Develop creative, compelling, and SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, and campaigns.
∎ Collaborate with the team on scriptwriting and video content creation.
∎ We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our brand's online presence and create visually compelling content that resonates with our audience.
