Responsibilities & Context: - Coordinate daily operations, training schedules, and student/ client communication
- Maintain class management, admissions follow-up & documentation
- Assist in preparing course materials, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate between trainers, students, and management
- Support digital tasks including content uploading, website updates & online management
- Assist in promotional activities, event coordination & branding tasks
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office & project workflow
