• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Graphic Design mentor experience is a plus point.

• Design digital media content like social media post, banners, blog images, adds, etc.

• Generate innovative ideas and concepts of various promotional activities through digital media.

• Have the technical skills to review and ensure that all files are either print-ready or optimized for web.

• Ensure that quality/resolution of photographs/images, color mode and size of the file for implementation are correct.

• Solid and neat knowledge about social media posts, banners, and other photo sizing resolutions.

• Design and Development: Creating visual concepts, layouts, and designs for various applications like advertisements, brochures, logos, and reports.

• Software Proficiency: Utilizing design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator along with other relevant tools.

• Collaboration: Working with clients and other designers to understand design requirements, provide feedback, and ensure designs align with clients guidelines.

• Iteration and Revision: Incorporating feedback, making revisions, and ensuring designs meet the client`s needs and project objectives.

• Communication: Communicating design ideas, explaining design choices, and presenting rough drafts to clients.

• Technical Skills: Understanding typography, color theory, layout principles, and other design fundamentals.

• Time Management: Meeting deadlines, and staying within budget constraints.

• Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in graphic design.

• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving design issues, and finding innovative solutions to design briefs.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
