Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement social media strategies to align with the company’s marketing goals.
∎ Stay up-to-date with current trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities.
∎ Create, edit, and publish engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
∎ Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
∎ Manage and monitor all social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Build and nurture an engaged online community.
∎ Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
∎ Use insights to refine strategies and improve engagement and reach.
∎ Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to promote services and drive conversions.
∎ Monitor budgets, performance, and ROI for advertising efforts.
∎ Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
∎ Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and agencies as needed.
