We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketer with UI/UX knowledge to join our team in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital marketing strategies, campaign management, and user experience design, and be capable of handling client projects independently.

This role requires an individual who can work independently, make informed decisions, and deliver measurable results without constant supervision.

Location: Onsite – Moakhali DOHS, Dhaka

Position Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Joining Date: Immediate

🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels: SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Optimize website and landing pages for conversion, SEO, and performance.

• Collaborate with designers to create UI/UX-driven marketing assets.

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.

• Provide strategic recommendations to improve marketing ROI.

• Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions independently.

✅ REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)

• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.

• Experience with UI/UX design principles and working with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).

• Knowledge of website optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.

• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make strategic decisions independently.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
