Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an expert Digital Marketer.
∎ SoftTech-IT is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist. We develop software to sell on Envato Marketplace (https://codecanyon.net/user/softtech-it/portfolio)
∎ Digital Marketing Specialist supports on implementing promotional campaigns and optimizing assets across all seven digital media channels: Content Marketing, SEO, Search Engine Marketing/Pay-per-Click, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Paid advertising, and affiliates. This position is responsible for launching various campaigns according to deadlines.

∎ Creating and maintaining client relationships: 1. Self-motivated yet customer-focused, 2. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis, 3. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital, 4. campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and promote products or services.
∎ Work cross-functionally with internal teams to understand upcoming initiatives and how they will be brought to life in a digital campaign.
∎ Uses of Google Analytics and digital media platforms to identify areas to optimize digital marketing strategies, audiences, and creativity.
∎ Sustain a close working relationship with digital media agencies and utilizing project management skills to delegate and provide feedback across multiple projects.
∎ Planning and execution of all sorts of paid campaigns in Social media and Search Engines.
∎ Forecast target, budget, and spend accordingly to achieve it.
∎ Identify trends and insights and optimize budget spent and analyze performance based on the insights.
∎ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
∎ Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
∎ Coordinate with the developer team to create effective digital campaigns.
∎ Ensure that the brand message is consistent
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in digital marketing, particularly with a Digital Marketing agency/software firm.
∎ Experience with digital media platforms preferred, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google advertising campaigns, Facebook, LinkedIn.
∎ Monthly, you need to bring in at least 200 (software) sales.
∎ Practical experience in planning and managing Facebook, Google advertising campaigns.
∎ Knowledge of website and digital marketing analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends, Google Ads, Ad Manager, etc.)
∎ Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns for all major search engines.
∎ Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable
