Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an expert Graphics Designer.
∎ SoftTech-IT is looking for an experienced Graphics Designer. We are highly experienced in skill-based training operations to develop professional personnel.
∎ Graphics Designer supports on implementing training related promotional campaigns and optimizing assets across all seven digital media channels: Social Media Marketing, expected to manage all graphic design tasks, generating creative ideas and developing content. This position is responsible for launching various campaigns according to deadlines.
∎ Creating and developing creative designs: 1. Self-motivated, 2. Proficient in new trendy designs, 3. Highly creative with experience, 4. Creative designs that engage, inform, and motivate.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Digital Marketing (Content Planning, Creating content, Analytics, Promotions, Creative designs).
∎ Create these materials by using technology, including computer software programs-Adobe's Creative Suite-including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after Effect, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign.
∎ Making training related creative design.
∎ Have to be expert on High End Photo retouch, Advance Color correction, Masking, Shadow, Image Stitching.
∎ Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills.
∎ Have a great sense of urgency with positive attitude;
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, dynamic and energetic.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Core creative graphics design, training related creative making, ability to make unique concepts.
∎ Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in graphics design, particularly with a Digital Marketing agency/Training firm/Software firm.
∎ Experience with digital media platforms preferred, Facebook Ads, Google advertising campaigns, Facebook, LinkedIn.
∎ Practical experience in planning and managing Facebook adds, Google advertising campaigns.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Tk. 15,000 - 25,000
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Salary Review: Salary will increase every 2 years
∎ Weekly 1 holiday.
