Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage. Educational qualification will be relaxed for highly skilled candidates.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

2. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is mandatory.

3. Must have strong experience in SEO, SEM.

4. Basic knowledge of graphics design and Video editing software.

5. Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly lead targets.

6. Basic knowledge of Canva or design tools for quick content updates is a plus.

7. Candidates with basic knowledge of back-end website management will be given preference

• Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to increase brand visibility.

• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) to generate high-quality leads for real estate projects.

• Content Planning, Creation and Execution.

• Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings.

• Website Management (Front End)

• Create engaging content calendars and coordinate with the graphics and video teams for creative assets.

• Analyze campaign performance data and provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market dynamics in Bangladesh.

• Email marketing and Email automation.

• Any other task assigned by the management.
