Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Content Creation: Develop engaging and on-brand content creation for all digital channels, including website, social media, email newsletters
∎ Engagement & Support: Provide outstanding online customer support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely and effective responses to customer needs, fostering positive relationships.
∎ Paid Ads Management: Create, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our channels.
∎ Communication & Brand Consistency: Assist with crafting clear, persuasive messaging that is consistent across all customer touchpoints.
