Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree and above in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ In this role you will be responsible for leading social media both for campaign and own channel, content creation, community operation planning social budget base on the business requirement and bring optimized investment model.
∎ Build digital strategy & plan base on business target.
∎ Build effective consumer-centered content model in social and event organization.
∎ Deliver the business short term and long-term goal with other marketing team members altogether.
∎ Lead brand social creation team to drive effective communication assets.
∎ Initiate integrated digital/social product launch plan.
∎ Operate and grow brand fans community and deal with daily response in social media platforms.
∎ Ensure that all projects are within deadlines and budget constraints.
∎ Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ You will engage with a diverse team of colleagues across: PR Manager, Designer, agencies and vendors.
∎ 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing. Experienced working in social & digital eco system.
∎ Deep understanding & experience in "know how" of strategy making and investment management.
∎ Strong insights of online client in Bangladesh, creating and feeding with relevant content with brand tone and manner.
∎ Acumen on data analysis and tracking, strong ability to learn and optimize with quick actions.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
∎ Strong ability to thrive within a fast-paced, high energy, skilled team of marketers that have a passion for youth culture and creating meaningful connections between consumers and the OnePlus brand/business.
∎ Have experience in paid media will be preferred.
